Welcome to the waterfront Riverwood Hutchinson Island, located in an exclusive intracoastal community, between the Indian River and the ocean, on the Treasure Coast, in Stuart, FL. This ground floor vacation condo offers a private entrance, private garage parking, heated swimming pool, tennis court access and provides free WiFi, flat screen TVs, full size washer and dryer, AC, a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful river view sunsets. The location is the perfect mix of close to everything and a private getaway. Take an early morning walk on the island's miles of beautiful sandy beaches, book a tennis match on Riverwood's court or cool off in their Olympic-sized pool. While you are in the home, enjoy luxurious furnishings, an open layout and well equipped kitchen. Fire up one of the 3 gas grills on the Riverwood premises for today's fresh caught fish, then relax in the screened-in Florida room watching boats go by or enjoying happy hour cocktails with magnificent Hutchison Island sunsets while you contemplate tomorrow's adventure. Why not take in some surrounding activities like golf, tennis, beachcombing, shopping, fine dining, charter fishing, boat tours, restaurants. There is a private, dedicated one car garage to park in.
Property facilities include: tennis courts, heated community pool, private garage, shared guest parking, gas grills, full sized washer and dryer in unit. Beach access is available through two private Resort dune crossings to the oceanfront.
Nearby Historic Downtown Stuart offers many quaint shops, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. Many arts and crafts festivals, weekly markets and live music are offered.
There is an HOA application that must be submitted 30 days prior to check in. The HOA charges a separate fee for this application of $100.
This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry soap, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Wow! This is one of the best properties we have visited. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great sunset views. Minutes from the beach. Includes garage so you can park your car protected from the heat of the Florida sun.

We loved our two-month stay at Riverwood in Stuart, FL. The home was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, in particular, was very well-equipped, and we spent much of our time out on the lanai overlooking the Indian River. I would definitely stay here again!
