This unit has about 2 1/2 times the balcony of many other units in the building - spanning both Master BR and Living room, extra deep on one half for lovely upscale dining furniture -- enjoy your morning coffee and candle-lit takeout at the best table in Florida! Dine while watching the ocean and the pelicans, listening to the surf! Breeze-resistant candles included!
All new decorator furnishings makes this condo one of a kind. Historic Stuart and quaint Jensen Beach are a short drive away. Great restaurants and shopping including an upscale Publix supermarket (less than a mile) and a Fresh Market within a short drive. This unit has a Marriot membership - Marriot golf, tennis, fitness center and tiki bar are available with additional fee paid to Marriot. The Pelican building shares a beautiful pool with Spoonbill next door, included in regular rental with no Marriot Membership needed for the building pool.

The beach in front of this building is very peaceful and quiet, deep with soft sand and steps away from your front door!

The check in was easy to follow and the place was very clean. The community is friendly and I enjoyed taking exercise classes at the fitness center. Our host was quick with her replies to our questions. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First time in this area and we loved it! The condo was just as described! Clean, spacious, well stocked, and the beach/ocean were great! We were easily able to cook many of our own meals as well as get in rounds of golf with the guest membership. We had the lap pool there by the tennis courts all to ourselves! Kathleen was responsive and accommodating. We’d recommend to others and hope to be back!
