Taking the subway/metro in 10/15 minutes you are in Porto downtown. In 15 minutes at the Airport.
You have surf, wind surf and bodyboard all year, around the corner (over 20 schools and rental stuff available). The best fish and seafood restaurants in our country are in our neighborhood.

Porto and Matosinhos are really worth a trip with a family of 5. you can enjoy various beaches directly nearby, enjoy excellent (and very affordable) food, explore a very culturally rich city and get to know lovely people.
Apartment is located close to the city beach and with metro and bus stops close by you don‘t need a car to explore the city at all (parking would be difficult anyway).
We’re a bit dissatisfied with the shower as the water took up to 5 min to warm- what a waste of water! And on arrival the dishes and glasses were all dirty in the cupboards.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in strategic location. Near to the best beach in the area, close to bus, metro and just 10 min from the airport and city centre. We were given useful advice before arriving and welcomed with bottle of wine. Highly recommended for everyone.

We loved the location to the beach and restaurants! There was a couple of issues at first, but it was fixed in a very short time. No extras in the place but a great price for the property. Please note, there is only 1 1/2 bathrooms. No 2nd shower. The outside space is up a couple floors, but a really big space. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here during our stay in Porto - so glad we did! It is right near the beautiful Matosinhos beach (short 5 min walk) - lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. And a very easy bus ride into the city (bus 500). Highly recommend this apartment. Just know that there is only 1 shower! 2 toilets. Beds are not super comfortable for everyone, and for some reason we could not get the warm water in the sink in the bathroom to work. But still highly recommended. Would stay here again anyways!
