I appreciated the communication with the owner, he was very polite and fast. I liked the view, how big the apartment is and how clean the bedsheets are. The apartment had everything needed in terms of equipment.
The apartment is quite old, one of the bathrooms doesn't have a door. It could have been cleaned better.

L’appartamento è grandissimo, pulito e la posizione è eccezionale, con una vista mare spettacolare. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza.

The location
This apartment is old and screaming for a revamp. Allthough the host is friendly and within reach it doesnt compensate for all the short comings. The best feature is definitely the location.
