Apartment is clean and wide. We have enough space for 4 adulds and 3 kids. Location is amazing - you have everything you need around - shops, restaurants, bus/metro, ocean. The view is also stunnigs. Host was kind and responsive. Parking was also huge plus for us.
There was issue with the water heater, that host explain how to workaround, but needs fixing. Kitchen is pretty old and some lockers are hard to use/broken. One bathroom doesn't have door.

The location
This apartment is old and screaming for a revamp. Allthough the host is friendly and within reach it doesnt compensate for all the short comings. The best feature is definitely the location.
