About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Alexain near Mayenne, this charming house of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of about 1 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- A living room of 27 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
On the first floor
- Four bedrooms with queen-size bed (160×200) and each with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 1 000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Alexain, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Possibility to fish in the nearby pond
- Near several interesting sites (Cistercian abbey of the 13th and 17th century, the caves of Saulges...)
- Jublains archeological site at about 15 km
- 22 km from Laval (XI century castle...)
- 80 km from Mont Saint Michel
- The bicycle paths that follow the towpath of the Mayenne river (elected route of the year 2018 by the Federation of bicycle tourism) at about 105 km
- The Laval golf course is 13 km away
Transportation:
- You can park for free nearby.
- Nearest train station : Laval at 25 km (about 26 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne at 99 km (about 1h12 minutes by car)
