The space:
This bright penthouse combines spaciousness, warmth, and spectacular views of the Port of Lólleria and the rooftops of the old town. Located on the fourth floor without an elevator, it’s ideal for those who value tranquility, natural light, and unobstructed views. The small effort of climbing the stairs is more than rewarded when you open the door and discover the space.
The open-concept main area combines the kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, and a bedroom, and opens onto a large door with direct access to the terrace. It is, without a doubt, the heart of the home: bright, cozy, and with views that invite you to linger.
This space is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in both the hottest and coldest months, and also features a ceiling fan.
Opposite the fireplace, a particularly cozy nook has been created: a bed screened by linen curtains that provide privacy and comfort. When a couple is staying, this space serves as the master bedroom, allowing them to enjoy the entire apartment while the other rooms remain closed.
The large bedroom features two 90 x 200 cm ViscoConfort beds, which can be joined together as a double bed or kept separate, adapting to the needs of each group. Additionally, this room also has air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round.

The bathroom, very unique and charming, stands out for its pink microcement bathtub and its hand-painted Valencian-style tiles, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
