Very friendly and communicative staff, fast and responsive. Beautifully restored and decorated apartment with all comforts. There is also a free scheduled cleaning of the apartment every three days which we appreciated and made use of once. Alcoy is a little gem of a town in the Spanish countryside and we loved the laid back atmosphere vs other busier coastal towns.

The apartment is in a really central location and was really spacious and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were very helpful, messaging us before arrival and during our stay to make sure everything was ok.
We couldn't easily have daylight in the apartment as the main rear window overlooks a school playground, and the windows at the front overlook the glass elevator. Not enough of a problem to stop us staying again though.

Uncomfortable bed (hard), the knives in the kitchen could be a lot sharper, better frying pan:)
