About this house rental
JUST LISTED.
This spacious, modern, beachfront home boasts panoramic views of the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the gulf and is just steps from the private, gated beach access. (Available to Santa Monica residents and guests only, and is much less crowded than public accesses).
A private heated pool, hotub and large al fresco dining area provide an excellent outdoor entertainment area. (Pool heat fee applies).
We are located on the west end of PCB. It’s a convenient 10 min drive from Inlet Beach, the restaurants/shopping of rosemary Beach and the 30A avenues (to the west) and also only 10 minutes from Pier Park (to the east). Shopping/dining and entertainment options at Pier Park are endless and great for kids! (Dave n Busters, Escape rooms, Mirror Maze, laser tag, Sky wheel and more!)
Our home sleeps 19 total, but a maximum of 13 adults.
There are 4 master suites with king beds. The built-in bunk room sleeps 6 kids (kids only!), and the loft upstairs features a queen over queen bunk with twin trundle, to accommodate 5 additional guests. Our home has 6 full bathrooms (4 en-suite).
The open concept living/dining/kitchen is extremely spacious with double-height ceilings.
The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary supplies to cook for, and cater to large groups.
The extra full size refrigerator is an added bonus!
The upstairs loft features a game room for loads of family fun, including a ping pong table, foosball table and large screen TV! The game room leads out onto the upstairs balcony which boasts exquisite views of the gulf. Enjoy cocktail hour overlooking the water with breathtaking sunset views.

Wagon, 6 beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use.
Plenty of kids beach toys (buckets, shovels etc)

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.
We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.
Security Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras at entry points at the property.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything you could need for a weeks stay, was available. Plenty of sitting areas and the balcony to watch the sunset each night was especially nice.Since the house accommodates several people, I would suggest a larger hot tub. We were a bit sad when only 2 or 3 could enjoy it at one time. But other than that, we were happy with all the amenities and the beds were very comfortable.

We loved this home and it fit our needs perfectly! The heated pool was a lovely feature, because we had a couple cold days, but the pool was still inviting to the kids because of it. The cold days were a negative, so next time, could you do something about that? Haha We all decided next time we stay, we’ll try for a little earlier! Thank you for the great communication whenever we had a question! We all (7 adults & 8 kids) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!!

From the time i found this house to the day we checked out everything was amazing!!! We have been coming to pcb for 11 years now and have always stayed in condos but this year we wanted something more personal and we were not disappointed!!! Not sure we could ever go back now lol. Taylan was amazing at answering any questions i had and she always got back to me right away. Booking the property was simple and all we had to do to check in was put the door code in. Walking into the home it was absolutely breathtaking. We had a large group so we needed a lot of space and this house had it all. 4 king bedrooms, a bunk room, and 2 queens with a pull out twin under them upstairs. And 6 bathrooms. No one ever had to wait for the bathroom and that alone was amazing lol. The showers were all amazing and always hot water! We cooked several meals in the kitchen and on the grill outside. The upstairs balcony was one of our favorite spots. The view was breathtaking and the swing was our favorite sitting place. I think each of us fell asleep on it at least once lol. The pool and hot tub were both so much fun and having them all to oursleves was the best!!! Heading on to the beach was a eazy walk. No stairs and its a private beach access so very quite and peaceful. The gate has a code but its very easy to remember. The chairs and umbrellas and toys the property had for us to use were a blessing!!! I could go on and on about this place and never say enough good things about it. Its amazing
