This comfortable low-rise 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor oceanfront end unit is located in the quiet, family oriented Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is directly on the beautiful beach of this year-round resort town, just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.
We are on the second floor and this newly renovated building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. There are four flights of stairs to reach our condo. This complex is not a hotel and all units are privately owned by individual owners.
This beautifully furnished and well maintained home away from home has tile floors in the kitchen and both bathrooms. There is new luxury vinyl flooring in the living room, both bedrooms and the hallway as of June 2022.
Our place offers a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a newer oven range and new refrigerator (2024). New dishwasher was installed 5/25/26 and a new dining set as of 6/1/26. There is a new ceiling fan in the kitchen area.
The living room has a new sliding glass door that leads to the newly rebuilt balcony where you can enjoy the sounds and view of the ocean. New queen size sofa bed and new straight back chair as of 6/1/26. There is a new 43” flat screen smart TV in the living room with Spectrum cable and streaming services. Ten premium streaming channels are available thru our plan. Wifi internet access is also available.
There is all new wood trim in the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms around the windows, door, baseboards and new ceiling crown molding in the living room as of 2022. New walls on the oceanfront side of the living room and master bedroom as well as the southern wall of the living room. New sliding glass door and windows as of 2022 also. Balconies were rebuilt in 2022. Living room and master bedroom was freshly painted in June 2022. The hallway bath and laundry room were repainted in Winter 2026 and a new front door was hung then as well.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath with a shower and chair height toilet. There is a 32" flat screen television with Spectrum HD cable. You also have a direct view of the ocean from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV with Spectrum HD cable that is also ideal for playing video games. The hallway bath has a shower/tub combo and a chair height toilet. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space to meet your needs. There is a laundry room in the condo with a new high efficiency washer & dryer (Dec 2024) onsite parking for two vehicles and an oceanfront pool. Parking tags are required which we will provide.
Sheets and bath towels are included on all rentals. The cleaning service provides a trash bag in each can, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started. You need to bring any extras as well as dish soap, dish detergent, laundry supplies, hair dryer, bath soap, etc.
There is a charcoal grilling area on the grounds of the complex for those who like to grill however you do need to bring supplies for it.
We are close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach and other wonderful Myrtle Beach attractions. We are about 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach airport. There are many fun activities to enjoy for all ages.
If you are looking for a larger condo we have two 4-bedroom 3 bath end unit oceanfront condos at Crescent Shores (#25402) and (#1083486) in the Crescent Beach section.
From May 23 to September 6, 2026 rentals are weekly. Monthly rentals available September thru May. Daily rentals available during the off season months. Our condo offers all the amenities of home so please give us a call if this is the vacation place for you. All bookings are subject to owner screening and approval before booking is finalized

Perfect location!!! The balcony and view were excellent. Everything worked in the condo. No complaints… very very hot water so be aware. (We loved it though). The only drawback is there is no elevator which is not the owner’s fault. So if you “overpack” like I do, be prepared. Some noise from above but it was small children and they were at the beach. We expect it. Thanks for a great getaway!

My sister & I rented this place for 1 week, from July 26-Aug 2. Communication with the owners was easy & clear via email. Front door sticks as if floor is raised. Rooms were clean & furniture comfortable. There was some cheese sauce stuck to a kitchen chair. Kitchen had more supplies than you could need, including coffee makers, crockpot, pots and pans, blender, utensils. Full size fridge. Already ice made in trays for us on arrival. Both beds were comfortable, with queen being softer than king. Floor mat in shared, main bathroom was soaking wet upon arrival as if taken out of the washer & not dried. Found some personal shampoo items still in that shower from previous renter. This bathroom could use TLC. Peeling wallpaper & paint. No problems with the master bath. Each room had a tv that worked just fine, with local & streaming channels. Kitchen cabinets & closet doors could use a coat of paint. The balcony was great! Being an end unit, the front & side were open to the breeze. Washer & dryer worked well. 2 beach chairs & 2 boogie boards were stored there for use, too. Also a bag of beach toys. Pool wasn't huge, but good enough for us. Parking was easy with a pass. Some pets were in the building, but were never a problem. Private beach was great & not crowded, yet busy. We were able to rent an umbrella for the week, which was put up & taken down at 5 PM for us every day. Easy access to restaurants & Barefoot Landing. All in all, a really nice place to stay.
