Find beaches, sand bars, restaurants, and great fishing throughout the 4-lake chain. Drive your snowmobile or ATV/UTV right out the driveway to be on trails with a garage to store your machines overnight.
This space welcomes you with an inviting Northwoods interior, featuring a formal entrance, great room with awesome views & knotty pine tongue & groove vaulted ceilings, large kitchen with curved island & new stainless appliances with a new air fryer, cozy living rm with floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, lower-level family room & large tiered private backyard deck. The back yard is truly a one of kind setting. You'll find plenty of space for privacy and even your own full-sized volleyball court and new yard games! Find sleeping arrangements throughout with 3 bedrooms up, 2 bedrooms down and a pullout in the lower family room.
The 4-lake chain has to offer--great fishing, endless water activities, restaurants, golf course, Elk Lake Park & more!
As seen in the images the private cove leads to a narrow passage that allows access to Wilson Lake (Phillips Chain). The access will allow most fishing boats and pontoons but can be limited. If your boat does not fit, we'd be happy to try and arrange other docking options for you. This property has history as a successful vacation rental home boasting a 4.75 STAR Review status.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee (leave a picture of your pup on the pet board!)
Dogs must be kept on a leash while outside and please be a responsible fur parent and clean up after them.
Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise down after 10pm

My family had a great time in Phillips, WI! It was rainy during our stay but there was plenty of indoor games and activities to do. It was also close to town which was nice. Would recommend!

This house was such a great spot for our family weekend away. We had kids and adults who were able to spread out and have their own space or come together for meals and games. The huge kitchen and living space upstairs was so nice and open and the game room downstairs was a great activity option. I would highly recommend this place.
