House is a nice size with good sized bedrooms and nice kitchen. Hot water heater is not big enough for the house! Needs a bigger one or don’t install jacuzzi tubs if you can’t fill them with hot water! I thought we’d be able to swim but the water was filled with weeds and dead fish. The pier, however is great for fishing. Overall as nice as it needs to be for “up north”. Nice laundry area and machines.

The location of this rental is great and communication with the host was awesome. We had a couple issues on the front end of our trip that he was very responsive and helpful with. There were lots of really thoughtful extras that we didn't anticipate but definitely appreciated. There was lots of space for our group of 10. The downside was that the listing wasn't clear that 4 of the twin beds are pop up frames with thin mattresses. They worked for the kids but it would have been more problematic if we had more adults in our group.
