Hi there! We welcome you to a spacious 734 sq ft pleasant stay in our charming 1940’s craftsman style guest house. Full of original character, we have remodeled the 1 Bedroom 1 bath home with modern luxury upgrades while keeping the integrity of its enchantment: original hardwood floors, freshly painted, stainless steel appliances.
Be our guest. The cutest little cottage is a hidden gem with tons of natural light that is sure to please! Be mesmerized by the most beautiful azaleas in the spring and sweet songs from caged-free neighborhood birds.
Beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Detached well-equipped, comfy guest house in a lovely, walkable brick paved neighborhood with rich history. You will be occupying the upstairs cottage in our backyard and have access to your own private backyard. The cottage is used exclusively for short term rentals and there is a discount for stays of 30 days or more. Feel free to inquire about short term and long term leases.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, tools, & a vintage built in ironing board. The bright and airy kitchen compliments the dining area with seating for 4. In the living room, you’ll find a pull out sofa with a queen sleeper mattress. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, remote controlled ceiling fan light, blackout curtains for privacy, and a foldable desk for remote work. Wifi and an Amazon Fire TV Stick is provided so you can utilize your preferred stream service.
If you are traveling with kids, please let us know how we can accommodate you. We have toys, playpens, and other essential items to support hassle free travel (available upon request).
Fireplace is off limits, but feel free to use our fire pit out back.
Although we enjoy a good Cohiba, SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside the condo.
NO PETS allowed. There are pet boarding facilities nearby if needed.
Washer and dryer access is currently not available. If needed, Peanut’s Laundry is a nice laundromat only 3 miles away. For free pickup and delivery service, we recommend Bolt Laundry.

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The host/owner went above and beyond with little thoughtful gestures to make sure we had what we needed. The cottage is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. It is very clean and it seems as though the kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. The cottage sits in the backyard of a main home in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The queen sized bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were plush. A lot of thought, care, and detail can be seen from the owner of this property. I would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to see the Masters Tournament again. I’ve stayed in many properties in various locations and this was one of the best experiences - I looked forward to writing this review.

This is the cutest apartment. Very spacious with a full kitchen. The decor is just lovely. The bed was comfy. And there were even coffee pods and bottles of water on hand for our visit. It is a great location. We would love to stay there again. Thanks for allowing us to stay!
