1930s Artistic Bungalow, mosaic floor & stained glass transoms handcrafted by the owner 3br/1ba in a tree-lined walkable neighborhood with eclectic & historic architecture. Fast Fiber Internet. Take a short stroll to a local coffee shop & restaurant. Off-street parking. From the large screened porch relax, dine, overlooking a private fenced yard with gas grill and fire pit. Quaint restaurants and shops 2 miles away include Sheehan's Irish Pub, Arsenal Tap Room, Beck’s, & a grocery store. 4 miles (Augusta National Golf Course) less than a mile to colleges and the medical district. A relaxing living room with artistic and oriental flair, a 75-inch TV, and a breakfast nook comfortably seats four. Bonus areas: Office Area with large monitor and Fast Fiber Internet, laundry room with storage, and 3rd BR with two XL Twins.
Fun fact - a Russian Tightrope Act lived here in the 1930s. They practiced between the two large oaks in the private fenced backyard, where you can grill, dine, or sit by the fire pit and watch the lightning bugs dance.

Our hosts were terrific! The property is as described and they went to the trouble of recommending restaurants and local areas of interest. The property is centrally located, just minutes from food and the tournament. We were able to do laundry and enjoy the house.A definite “must visit!”
