Newly renovated (2021) full townhome (2 stories) with two full bdrms, 1.5 bath, kitchen island with granite tops , This unit has near 25 restaurants within a mile. Starbucks, Chick fil a, Arbys, Walgreens, Kroger within 1/4mile. Quiet complex, pets welcome. Less than 4 miles to medical school, Less than 2 miles to dwntwn Augusta, less than 7 miles to Augusta National Golf, close to so much!! pet fees $90 per stay- see add'l rules. On Airbnb last two years.

A modern farmhouse feel renovation with LED lighting, brand new appliances and 55" 4k TV with internet connection, outdoor deck , large lockable storage room (4 x8) with lock (bikes?, stroller,?, master closet could be extra sleeping space with single bed. Newly renovated walk in tile shower in main bath (no tub).
