The holiday home built in 2021 is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the 50 sqm balcony to the 50 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (30 l, freezer) and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and overlooking the sea. You have access to the 3 sqm balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).
