In the very south of Istria, in Ližnjan, not far from the beach, you will find this beautiful, newly built villa. The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a nicely furnished living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a balcony overlooking the sea. Guests also have access to a covered terrace and a private swimming pool.

Très bon séjour passé chez Enrico. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Petite maison très sympa, propre et conforme à la description et aux photos. Emplacement Idéal à seulement 10min à pied de la mer parfait!

Haus ist neu und sauber. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Pool ist ziemlich klein aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Kein Grill. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn das nachbarhaus auch vermietet ist, hat man weniger Privatsphäre, da Pool nur mit einem durchsichtigem Zaun getrennt ist.
