Stay in comfort in a newly built luxury condo! Offers in unit washer and dryer and each bedroom has its own attached bathroom! This space can sleep up to 6 with two queen beds, and and sofa bed. Extra blankets and linens provided. Guests will have access to community area on the 4th floor as well as access to everything in the unit. Free parking!
This is the perfect retreat from the daily hustle and bustle. Lovers of biking/hiking will enjoy the easy access to TART trail which is mere steps away. There is bike storage offered for the building as well.

Great condo on TART trail! The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable. The building complex is newer with plenty of parking. We ran into a few minor issues that the host quickly addressed and did not impact the quality of our stay. The host was responsive to messages. We loved Traverse City and would recommend this location to others.

Good property - not super clean in hard to reach spots but I'm not that picky. Also - says sleeps 6 - but unless you have two very small children for the couch pull out - do NOT attempt to put two adults on there.... Other than that - everything was satisfactory
