The Garden unit sleeps up to four, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For added convenience there are 42' flat-screen TVs with cable in every room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, free wireless internet, central air conditioning (dedicated to each unit), off street parking with close beach access. While staying in our Gardens, you will have access to the DeSoto Beach Hotel’s (located next door) beachfront pool & sundeck, beach chair, and umbrella rentals.

We enjoyed our stay, but we did encounter a few issues. The ceiling fan in the living area would not work, and the Kitchen needed some attention. The frying pan was scary, no spatula, and there wasn't any hot water in the kitchen sink.

Enjoyed our stay. Less then 2 minute walk to the beach, and had access do the DeSoto pool. our first time at Tybee Island and certainly will be coming back.

The floors were extremly dirty. Walking from the couch to the bathroom, and the bottoms of your feet/socks were black. And this was right after getting to the room. Some places looked as though they hadn't been dusted in a while. Walls were extremly thin, so you could hear everything outside. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were very uncomfortable. Not worth the nearly the amount we paid for one night.
