A 9 ft LCD lit Shuffleboard bowling table , all while relaxing on the 3rd floor terrace or the second floor sun deck.
The 2ND floor has a fiberglass deck that's great for taking sun , while enjoying a shack or refreshing drinks , meal or just relaxing .
There are 4 Adirondack chairs with cup holders on the second floor balcony.
There is NO BBQ available @this location.
The 3RD floor has a covered fiberglass Terrace , so you can enjoy the evening outdoors while being shaded from the elements during the day or enjoying the sun rise in the am & sunsets in the evening .
Master Bedroom, you will have access to the the spacious & elegant Bath at is layered in Italian Marble , it includes a 2-3 person Jacuzzi, stand up shower & double vanity .
The Master Bedroom is dressed with a King bed , dresser & double mirrored closets,
32 in television ," 12000 BTU air conditioner seasonally" ,
bedside charging station nightlight & lit sealing fan for additional comfort.
Second bedroom : Queen bed , 2 night stands , bedside charging station nightlight, mirrored closets , (8000 BTU air conditioner seasonally ) & lit ceiling fan for additional comfort.
Third Bedroom: Queen size bed , double hung closet , night stand with charging station ,5000 BTU air-conditioner , chair & lit ceiling fan for additional comfort
The third floor Theater room features a 85 in Samsung smart TV &
regulation size Foosball table , 9 foot LED Shuffleboard- bowling ball table 2 sets of cowhide leather couches with multiple ottomans , coffee table , stand up table for 2- work station & Frigid-air 12000 BTU Air-conditioner.
Private laundry room is on premises & detergent is also available.
Cleaning supplies are available under the Kitchen sink as well as in the Laundry room.
The dining area has seating for 6 , a sliding glass door and access to the balcony deck & a love seat for 2.
Conveniently located 8 blocks away from the Belmar train station on 10 Th ave. Trains pass by daily & hourly regularly.
Just 2 blocks & moments away is our Main St, where you will experience bountiful array of trendy & upbeat eateries , taverns & entertainment , gift shops & a brewery . There is a bus stop as well on Main Street .
There are 3 Golf courses withing a 15-20 min drive.
You will be close to many attractions & included with your stay are 4 seasonal Belmar Beach badges -if lost , There is a $85.00 fee to replace each .

We found Antonella & Peters place last minute and we were so grateful!! It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings on the deck. My nephew enjoyed the game/TV room upstairs. We were concerned to find out after booking that we would be a few houses away from the train tracks, however, the house was pretty solid. It does seem that the trains go by almost every 45 min - an hour during the week but much less on the weekends. The hosts do their best to insulate around the window air conditioners to keep the sound out. Otherwise was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Also nice that chairs, badges are included with the rental and it was a short drive to the beach!We'd definitely recommend thier place to friends and family and would love to return and stay again.

This house was so cute and the family room was amazing! We had a great time playing shuffleboard! We were impressed with the attention to detail - tons of ready made ice in the freezer, the bath and beach towels ready to use, chairs included, an array of bath products, stocked spices, available cleaning and paper products, and a selection of coffee k-cups. The beds were so comfortable and everything was incredibly clean. The only negative- there is a very active train track behind the house. My husband and daughters didn’t hear it at all but it did wake me up at night. Bring earplugs or AirPods and you’ll be fine. This is not the hosts fault obviously but it’s good to know ahead of time.

Impeccable, comfortable, amazing TV/Game room. Great location, walking distance to the beach and bars, restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
