Basically clean and comfortable with a great layout, especially for families. Great location near the lake and easy access to Main St. as well as Belmar and Spring Lake boardwalks. We used only 1 of the 3 bedrooms/baths. The kitchen was very well equipped, the king bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. The street is divided and narrow, the driveway will accommodate 2 mid-size vehicles. The cleaning service missed a few spots (ex: bathroom exhaust fans haven't seen a cleaning in a while) but overall we were happy with our stay, especially given the reasonable off-season price.

The property was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen had more than enough pots, pans ect for making meals. The dishwasher was quiet so that it did not bother us when watching TV in the evening. It was great having the locker at the beach so we did not have to drag everything back and forth. The beds were comfortable. Would defiantly stay again. Great location!

Great house with a great location close to beach and belmar activities/bars and restaurants. Stayed with 5 friends and the house and amenities were perfect for a friends weekend getaway. Definitely would book here again!

Nice house, 15 mins or so walk to Belmar beach, but hate all those booking/VRBO fees
