When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Pets are not allowed at any of our properties. We certify to renters with serious allergies that no pets have been in our properties. If this rule is broken, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid.
Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.
It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.
It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave.

The property had all the space that we needed and was surface level clean. Could probably use a deep cleaning under beds and in drawers, etc. The clothes dryer needs replaced. It didn't work consistently and when it did work, any load of towels had to be run 2-3x before they were finally dry. There was an issue one day with the hot tub, but Fred came and fixed it. If you get the linen package, they provide 2 bath towels per room. It would have been nice to have more due to the dryer not working properly. There are not any throw blankets in the living room or bedrooms, that would have been nice to have. We ended up buying our own and leaving some of them there. Overall the property was lovely and the beach was a very easy walk across the street. For the above mentioned reasons, I feel it was maybe a tad overpriced, but mostly great. I did love that there were 3 refrigerators, we used all of them. Fred is the gem of the property. He was very quick to respond and very accommodating of any questions or issues we had!

Great spot for any type of trip. Close proximity to beach and dedicated pool and hot tub were perfect for our group.

The property is in a great location but had some issues. The trash from previous tenant was left in main bins outside (lots of flies). The grout in all bathrooms (floors) needs to be redone. Some Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned. Unfortunately, we saw roaches in the kitchen. We loved the size and location of the property. Our family of 9 had plenty of room!!! With a little overhall (grout cleaning, wiping dirty doors, repairing blinds, window covering in master bathroom, throughly cleaning entire floors ..they were sticky) and perhaps a pest control contract .. this place could be perfect. We also appreciate the basket of supplies (trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap, etc) from the owner to get us through the 1st night. If you are staying for an extended time period.. id def recommend the golf cart. It was fun to watch all the carts ride pass from the deck.
