As a true waterfront property, Kai Baby offers direct canal access for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking in calm, protected waters. Bring the kayaks or paddleboards across the street to experience one of Grand Cayman’s most magical natural wonders — the Bioluminescent Bay. Timing plays a key role in witnessing the brightest glow, as moon cycles, time of day, and seasonal conditions influence the intensity of the bioluminescence. Inside, Kai Baby was fully renovated in 2022 with stylish coastal furnishings and modern finishes. The well-equipped kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, K-Duo combo coffee maker (carafe or K-cup), microwave, blender, range, and toaster.
The living room and bedrooms feature smart TVs with Wi-Fi and cable, along with complimentary high-speed internet.
Perfect for families visiting Grand Cayman, the home includes comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a full/twin bunk bed with a pull-out full size trundle — ideal for children or teens. Whether you're traveling with extended family or a group of friends, Kai Baby provides both privacy and gathering space.
Guests may enjoy complimentary water equipment including an adult-size paddleboard, junior paddleboard, two adult kayaks, a junior kayak, and life vests for added safety during your adventures on the water. There is not enough space for me to describe how amazing this rental was. We could not have been more pleased. The location was absolutely the best on the island. With its own pool and being on the water you could not ask for more. We were within walking distance of Rum Point and across the street from the bioluminescent bay. We did rent a car and explored the entire island but were always happy to land at Kai Baby at day's end. Sting Ray City and the Turtle Center are must see locations. We also stumbled on a restaurant called Rackhams in Georgetown which we did not see in any of our readings.But we would highly recommend it if you like good food, good drinks and then the opportunity to put on your snorkel gear and swim with the very large Tarpons. Tamara and Lee were excellent hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy this trip. When we had a question they were quick to respond. I cannot think of a single negative to our entire 10 days.Thank you Tamara and Lee for sharing this wonderful home!

My family of four had a wonderful spring break at Kai Baby. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The canal setting was peaceful with a dock for fishing. The pool was much enjoyed each day. Bikes and kayaks were fantastic amenities. We biked every day and were thankful bikes were available when our rental vehicle wouldn’t start. Taking the kayaks out to see Bioluminescent Bay was definitely a highlight of our trip. The owners provided excellent communication and were very helpful with area information. They also promptly resolved minor maintenance issues. We would definitely recommend staying at Kai Baby if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation away from busy West Side and Georgetown.
