Our Beachside Luxury Home is a stunning vacation home with 3000 sq ft that features high end furnishings, granite countertops, beach views and so much more!
This amazing and spacious rental offers 4 bedrooms that have been beautifully decorated and 3.5 bathrooms accommodating 12 guests total.
This home is built to the highest expectations you would desire for a luxury home rental. The furnishings are comfortable and luxurious. This is the perfect rental home to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach. For those needing privacy, there is an isolated bedroom that has two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower – all located on the first floor. This ground level bedroom has access to the private pool.
First floor offers a two car garage, a laundry room with a full sized washer & dryer.
Second level features an open concept living, dining and modern kitchen area.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The island seats 4 guests which is perfect for children to linger and enjoy snacks before moving on to their next adventure. The peninsula seats an additional 2 guests. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area.
The formal dining area has seating for 8. We have a marvelous family living area with room for all your guests to enjoy. The comfy living room offers a great spot to sit back and relax with a large Flat Screen TV and access to the large balcony.
A half bath is also located on the second floor.
The light and glamorous open floor plan is stylish and comfortable.
This wonderful beach house has large balconies on the second and third floor that provide you with wonderful beach views while at the same time letting you capture the coastal breezes.
The third level offers the remaining bedrooms. The Primary suite with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a separate walk-in shower and a separate tub. The Primary bedroom has access to a private balcony where you can enjoy beach views. It simply does not get any better than this!
The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a large TV and a Playstation for the kids to enjoy. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combination.
The private splash pool is located on the first level along with a nice outdoor table set and a bbq grill. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle around the pool which has privacy from all neighbors. Once you spend your holiday here you may never want to return home. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep.

Please keep in mind that the Homeowner Association allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

We loved this place, it was beautiful, plenty of room for the nine of us. I thought originally that the queen bedroom also had a bath but it doesn't. My mistake. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom however so that was OK. The kitchen and dining areas were great, lots of room, plenty of cookware but you may have to look for it. The property management texted off and on to check on us and seemed very responsive when I had a question. If able, we would certainly choose this place again. Depending on who goes next year we may reserve it again. Word of caution, if you don't like parking in tight spaces, be prepared.

We are repeat renters - Beachtime rentals overall is great. Here are some specific pro-cons for the rental property.Pros:The house is great - roomy (4 bedrooms and lots of beds to accommodate guests) and steps from the beach (2nd house from the beach). They give a great start of basics - bathroom toiletries, dishwasher soap. And towels for the house and beach are provided. The beach is so close and the best part of the house. The small pool in the back is also a pro! The property manager was quick to respond and super helpful.Cons: We have rented this house multiple years and some updates are needed. The couch and pillows are super worn, beds are not comfortable, pool light has never been functional. This year the grill outside was the biggest con - it was greasy and filthy (unsafe due to grease fires) and it was incredibly small for the house and guests it holds (18 inch round grill). It smelled and had grease and meat on it. We had to purchase our own grill for our stay. Last con was parking. Cars are only supposed to be permitted in the garages and not on the shared driveway. We had number days where cars were blocking access to our garage and had to ask cars to be moved at one point. The good thing was - this was managed quickly by the property manager once we reported the issue.

Our disappointment was in the listing identifying 3 working bathrooms. We called at the beginning of the week to identify that the lower level bathroom had no working shower, after three (3) maintenance checks throughtout the week (because I texted several more times) ..... (to which two handymen visits and one plumber consultation visit all came in staying for less than 4 minutes and without a single tool in hand) we received plumber service on Friday afternoon. (These observations documented above were commented on by my son-in-law, who is master degreed construction manager for a manufacturing plant. The plumbers informed us they believed by the looks of things that the cartridge that was replaced in the shower control had been busted up for a while. The crawling infant in our family ruined every outfit to her pants knees due to the dark gray filth residue on the floors. Kitchen cabinet was off it's hinge; and I personally found three sinks without filled or even provided "Soft Soap" dispensers. Upon looking around I located (under sinks) empty dispensing soap bottles. Further looking I found a huge gallon sized refill jug full in laundry room and proceeded to refill all soaps myself.
The location and structure of the home was luxurious, but the cleaning and maintenance were substandard.
