What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. Security camera details: The HOA board has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the common areas and in the parking lot.

The balcony view was fabulous. We enjoyed all the space and the comfortable furniture as well. A wonderful place to enjoy our coffee each morning and watch the boats come in.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying in this unit. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and being on the second floor, it was not a long walk to the pools/beach. The only things, negatively, I can say is we were not able to use the adjustment functions on the master bed as the connection cord was missing. I had reached out and asked about it, but we never heard back from anyone. Also, the water pressure in the showers are not great. Other than those two things, which really aren’t huge deals, we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!
