The property was clean
Not ever going to the gulf before we chose this location based on it being right on the beach and the picture of the water. After arriving the facilities were nice but being on the west side of the gulf in the summer the water is not the blue green that is pictured, the water on the west side of the gulf is brown and brackish. We spent all but one day of our 6 days driving the 40-70 miles to Pensacola, ft Walton beach and Destin where the water in summer is the blue,green and crystal clear and there is way more to do on the Pensacola, ft Walton Destin side. As one of the staff told me, if you want the blue, green clear water the Alabama side has it in the winter. Again the facility was nice but for summer vacations if you want the blue, green clear water we will in the future go to the east side of the gulf.
