Had a great stay! So relaxing! The kitchen is well stocked with necessities if you choose to cook. Very clean and great view on the beach!!!

We also had an issue with someone parking in our designated parking area and was told there was nothing that could be done. We had to park in someone else's spot. Parking should be enforced to ensure paying guests have access to amenities stated in the rental agreement.

The owners have done a wonderful job decorating this unit and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants that were only a short drive from the condo. However, there were minor problems throughout our stay. When we rented it was noted there was construction and upgrades on the parking lot side. We did not realize that beginning at 8 am jackhammers, sanders and beeping lifts would be running outside the bedroom windows. These ran all day long. There were no relaxing and quiet days to be found in our location. The quiet time in the units were stated 10pm to 10 am but it was evident during construction this does not apply. Our vehicle under the parking garage was covered with dust and paint from the daily sanding. I chose this unit because of the free beach service, (two beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental), this ended on November 1st, the day we arrived. The rental cost was $50/day. They were empty most days, the lifeguard explained to use them starting in November the cost was $50/per day. There was no hot water in the master bath. A message was left with the management company but they never returned our call. We ended up leaving a day earlier than we had planned.I think if the we had visited during peak vacation season we would not have had the problems we encountered. We are rental property owners also and I realize the owners of this wonderful condo have no control over the problems we encountered. I do feel that Legacy Vacations should have returned our call.
