Great stay for our family of five! The unit was clean, updated, and very comfortable—especially the beds. We noticed other families we were traveling with had more outdated units, so we really appreciated how nice ours was. The gated access to the beach and pool made us feel safe, and the provided beach accessories were a huge bonus for easy, relaxing beach days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Cocoa Beach!

Excellent unit! Very clean, well stocked, & instructions were clear. Heated pool was a bonus in February for the kids. Beach was spectacular with not a lot of people and short distance from the pool. The storage room was filled with fun beach items. 100% would stay here again!

Our small family had a wonderful stay at cocoa beach! This was a clean, well taken care of place that had everything we needed. We asked ahead of time if there would be beach items for us and they made sure it was there in the storage area on the next floor up. We had very nice beach chairs and umbrella that we used. The pool was nice and very quick walk to the beach! We would stay again.
