Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Beautiful view and location. Added attention to cleaning would help. Couch arm needs to be fixed. Safe area. Well lit. Can see launches from Cape Canaveral on the beach. Great pool, heated and beach access is the best. Well maintained grounds.

This property made our stay in Cocoa Beach awesome. The location could not be better. So close but yet not too close to the pier for convenience. We loved Rikki Tiki Tavern! A short walking distance to many other bars and restaurants. A new one, Fish Camp Grill, about a block away had just opened the day before our arrival and we would highly recommend. The Publix grocery store is very convenient as well for needed supplies. We found everything in the unit to be super clean, quiet and comfortable. It is even nicer than the pictures. The balcony was by far our favorite feature. The view is awesome and it is furnished comfortably, with a small high top table and four stools and two loungers for your enjoyment. The beds were comfy and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathrooms are small but workable with a small vanity and a very nice tiled shower. There was plenty of drawer and closet space for storing your personal items. We did not cook in the unit during this short trip but the kitchen was stocked adequately. The coffee pot brewed fairly quick and the coffee mugs are a nice size for taking in the views on the balcony. The weather did not cooperate the best during our stay for beach activities but the unit is stocked with a cooler (very important), two beach chairs, pool noodles and other beach equipment along with plenty of beach towels. This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach but we will be back and will not hesitate to stay here again. To the owners, thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
