We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, comfortable and the view is fantastic. There were four beach chairs, two umbrellas, a medium sized cooler, two boogie boards, a few pool noodles and other random pool toys. There were books & puzzles but no games so pack a deck of cards or a game or two. The master bedroom had a small fan in the closet in addition to the ceiling fans which was nice for white noise or if you have someone sleeping on the couch. The washer & dryer is not in unit. It's on the same level in a room with storage lockers. There were two and you pay by credit card.

We absolutely loved this condo! I knew I loved the building from previous vacations and wanted to try another unit and this one did not disappoint! The views of the beach and pier were amazing. We even got to watch cruise ships sail away! The place was very clean, private and was well stocked in the kitchen for cooking lunch and dinner. An amazing perk was the included toilet paper and paper towel. The included beach necessities (umbrella and chairs) were a life changer and the lounger chairs on the balcony were a plus! We will be back in the near future!

This property made our stay in Cocoa Beach awesome. The location could not be better. So close but yet not too close to the pier for convenience. We loved Rikki Tiki Tavern! A short walking distance to many other bars and restaurants. A new one, Fish Camp Grill, about a block away had just opened the day before our arrival and we would highly recommend. The Publix grocery store is very convenient as well for needed supplies. We found everything in the unit to be super clean, quiet and comfortable. It is even nicer than the pictures. The balcony was by far our favorite feature. The view is awesome and it is furnished comfortably, with a small high top table and four stools and two loungers for your enjoyment. The beds were comfy and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathrooms are small but workable with a small vanity and a very nice tiled shower. There was plenty of drawer and closet space for storing your personal items. We did not cook in the unit during this short trip but the kitchen was stocked adequately. The coffee pot brewed fairly quick and the coffee mugs are a nice size for taking in the views on the balcony. The weather did not cooperate the best during our stay for beach activities but the unit is stocked with a cooler (very important), two beach chairs, pool noodles and other beach equipment along with plenty of beach towels. This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach but we will be back and will not hesitate to stay here again. To the owners, thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
