The Borealis House (formerly known as Blacklist Suites) is located on Superior St. in Downtown Duluth with a pedestrian bridge path and garden directly behind the building connecting you to Canal Park and the Duluth Lake Walk.
This open and accommodating penthouse with a rooftop deck and four season room overlooks Lake Superior and Canal Park. The roof top deck provides a great space to enjoy a sunny Duluth day and your favorite beverage. The condo has been completely redone (2019) and all furnishings and appliances are brand new. This unit is 100% dedicated to VRBO stays so you never have the feel that you're staying in someone else's home. This is a top floor unit and has a private and secure elevator to the suite. Two rooms have King beds, one room has a queen bed, and one bedroom has a twin bed and full bed. (No bunks!)

We had fun watching barges coming in and out of the harbor, but more than that we enjoyed the space to get together and enjoy the company. Loved the fireplace.
