The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom attached. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and has a 3/4 bathroom attached. The home has a lovely living room with an over-sized couch, and the family room has a pullout couch bed that sleeps 2. Enjoy the dual side fireplace or relax in the tranquil backyard. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The home is beautiful, well maintained and has recent upgrades to the yard that make it even better. I enjoy using the large kitchen after a trip to the local farmers market. Don is very responsive to messages. I certainly plan to return!!

Went to Monterey to spend a week with some friends. This place accommodated all of our needs and then some! Host was very easy to contact and the house was clean and perfectly located near all of the must see spots of the area. Highly suggest this property and host!

Our first impression was that the house was fine, but nothing spectacular. However, as we settled in we realized that the property (house and yard) had many outstanding features. The kitchen was very well equipped - it had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners for 4 adults. Ample and comfortable seating was provided in the living and dining rooms. Beds were comfortable; bathrooms were large and well supplied with linens and all the essentials; having a washer and dryer (with soap and dryer sheets provided) was a bonus; front and back yards were beautifully landscaped; and off-street parking for 2 vehicles was another bonus. In addition, the home was tastefully decorated with artwork and photographs. Overall, the hosts have done a great job providing a well-stocked and comfortable home.
