Seaside Boho Bungalow close to beaches, bike trails, Laguna Seca, Pebble Beach.

Owner has done a wonderful job of updating the house even having HVAC installed. The area is "old" and there's a lot of street parking but the house has a short driveway for 1 car. The fenced in back yard was good for our dogs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Car Week 2022. Close to the action (especially Exotics on Broadway!) and tons of great food in the area. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay this summer at this adorable bungalow. It provided us with all of our needs; bath and beach towels, clean kitchen area, adorable seating area, garage filled with baby essentials if needed. This is a small space but exactly as pictures shown. My only complaint was no paper towels provided. An easy 15 minute drive to downtown Monterey making these accomodations much more reasonably priced. The property manager responded quickly with any questions and/or concerns. A great home base for exploring this area of California.

Overall a great place to stay. We had 2 adults, a 16 yo son, a 12 yo daughter and 2 small dogs. My son slept on the pull out sofa and the only negative about it was that there weren't any extra full sized blankets in the house for someone sleeping on the sofa. My son is 6 ft tall and had to use multiple lap blankets to try to cover himself when he slept. He made it work but it wasn't ideal.
