About this house rental
This inviting 2 + bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates Six adults. We have laundry facilities, two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, a bathroom, and a very comfortable living room, all on the main floor. We also have a recliner that helps many post operative guests. The spacious basement has the second bathroom, with two furnished bedrooms with a Queen sized bed in each. The home offers 4-car driveway and additional street parking. We offer Amazon Prime TV and fast reliable WiFi. The home is outfitted and meets many post-surgical recovery needs: including a home entrance ramp, fully handicapped accessible shower (complete with hand bar and shower chair) and wedge pillows for each bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Keurig coffee maker comes with a variety of coffees, teas, and cocoa. Portable cribs and highchairs are also available upon request. The home is situated just 2 miles from the renowned Mayo Clinic. We have just a few rules and expectations: No pets or smoking of any kind on the premises. No parties or large events and quiet hours begin at 10pm. Check-in is 3:00pm with Check out time at 11. We offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays. Please feel free to contact us regarding other needs or questions about your stay. There is a small apartment above the home with a separate entrance, There is absolutely no shared space.

4 bdrms, a qn bed in each room, 2 bathrooms. Our family of 5 really appreciated all the 'little' extras. Cookies, candy and popcorn plus rhe Keurig and coffees for it. Owner was responsive. My hubs appreciated the desk space to work from while we were there.

This house was perfect! Very clean. Our host was very easy to contact. Close to mayo,shops, and dining! Very quiet neighborhood! Highly recommended!
