Welcome to Just Peachy at Devonshire Place by KEES Vacations!
As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a fabulous first impression of your vacation home.
The first level living room has lovely, coordinating furniture in soothing grays and blues, with rich wood accents. Sink into the comfortable sofa or chairs as you watch a great movie or catch up on your favorite TV show on the flat screen HDTV. Take advantage of the privacy fenced back yard to enjoy the soothing warmth of a hot tub! Feel the jets massaging your cares away as you take in the starry skies over the sultry Outer Banks evening. Outside there are two table and chair sets with umbrellas to enjoy an evening dinner after cooking on the gas grill.
You will love your charming 2-story vacation home on a corner lot! A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a lovely center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group and provide the perfect backdrop for good company and perhaps a shared glass of wine together. This special space is sure to see the creation of many delectable meals shared together as a group, while creating lasting memories. Up on the second level, the spacious King En Suite features a contrasting wood bedroom set and private deck access. The full bathroom boasts double sinks and an oversized tiled stall shower. Two additional Queen bedrooms contain beautiful, reclaimed wood bedroom sets and cheerful bedding in blues and greens. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.
The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.
**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

We were overwhelmed by the amount of room in this house. It was clean and well taken care of. The full-size kitchen made it easy if we wanted to cook at home. A TV in every bedroom was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back next year. My only negative is that it’s right by an airport and there was a lot of overhead traffic not big planes but still.

The location was good. The property was clean and spacious. The hot tub was really nice. It would have been nice if extra toilet paper, towels, and trash bags would have been provided. It would have also been nice to have more bath towels. One roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom. One roll of paper towels was provided in the kitchen. One trash can liner was provided for each trash can. We had to buy extra of each of these products. Prior to arriving at the property, we were told that there would be no hairdryers available, but to our surprise, two hairdryers were found —yay! Also, on our last evening in the property, we had difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise, our stay was great.

We chose this location for it's proximity to the beach, access to the pool and the hot tub. The beach access was easy and my kids loved the pool. The yard where the hot tub is was very unclean, wet, damp, and bugs were roaming around making it impossible to not have shoes on while outside. The bbq was unclean and unusable and should be replaced. The backyard would be much nicer if it was relandscaped or had decking, it just made the experience of using the hot tub not enjoyable. Inside the house was spaceous and nice, but the carpeting looked well used and in need of replacement. We liked having the garage space to store our beach stuff while at the pool. The cookware was a bit scarce but we managed. The location is hard to beat and the staff at the pool were lovely.
