Ground floor corner offers the most privacy and quiet, yet just steps to ground amenities and beach. You can take the time to simply unplug, soak in the sounds of the ocean, long beach walks, or relax by the pool. Find your most desired balance of a restorative stay or dive in to all Los Cabos has to offer.
Condo features expansive ocean front views, luxury Italian natural stone and major appliances, large master ensuite with soaking tub, full in-condo private water filtration system, Irobot Roomba, full size laundry room, 65" The Frame TV, gorgeous solid wood dining table and bed frames, 100% white linen bedding with cotton sheets, down pillows and down comforter. Private terrace at ocean's edge, wraps from master bedroom to living area, with sofa, chairs, hammock and Weber BBQ to enjoy ocean front living. Master bedroom boasts more ocean views with king bed, private TV and full ensuite, where you can enjoy the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your cozy bed. Large second bedroom provides king bed and private TV, and daybed lounger. Additionally second bedroom has surf racks for secure and mindful surfboard storage. Surf or love to watch? Zipper's wave is right out front with a short stroll to La Roca or Old Man’s (Acapulito.)
What we love....Our condo sits on the most beautiful beach of Costa Azul. It's know for the light sand, turquoise water, stunning sunrises and pastel sunsets. Surf, swim (swell dependent) or stroll the beach out front. Watching the seasonal whales and rays jumping off shore, evening beach horseback rides, and just taking in the view with a cup of coffee on the private patio sofa. We are also perfectly located at walking distance to several beach front restaurants and centered between the world famous Palmilla and the historic old town art district of San Jose.
Los Cabos area features world class culinary establishments, cultural experiences, fun tourist activities, medical, dental and medi-spa tourism, or you can simply immerse in nature.
Mykonos Bay Resort property hosts tennis/ pickle ball court, large gym, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, waterfall feature, 24 hour security, beachfront shower and lovely gardens. You and your company may gather around the ground's large fire pit or BBQ terrace with a private reservation, made in the office.
Concierge service is an optional addition - Private in house chef, transportation, pre-arrival groceries, car rental, activities such as ATV, horseback rides, zip lines, fishing, surf lessons, boat tours, etc. Please contact us as we are happy to arrange any services for your perfect Cabo vacation!

I give the place 5 *.Too long to list the good things. Let me point out a few negatives.There is some huge construction on tje main road nirth of the condo. It will probably take month more. That will add 5-10 minutes ypu your drive to town or to the airport.Hot water was hard to figure out. Shower valves are mislabeled - hotcold. And it takes a minute or more forthr hot water to travel between thd heater (in the laundry room) and the showers. Give it time.Suggestion for management: the place needs some serious darkening shades/blinds. The current drapes are gorgeous but stop lityle l8ght from outside.The above are hints/info for you; they would not prevent me from going again.K

Loved the place! Had family in two other apartments in Mykonos and they were both jelly about ours! Not a bad view in the place, right off the beach and steps to the pool!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location right on the beach. The condo was near markets and restaurants and even a couple great coffee shops. Frederick was very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend
