You could not ask for a more perfect location than this beautiful beachfront condo on Costa Azul!
Just out the front door is the refreshing pool for you to enjoy swimming year round. Step out your
back door on to the patio over looking miles of white sandy beaches in either direction. It's all
conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access!
The master bedroom features a new king size bed and ocean views. The second bedroom has one queen
size bed and one twin size bed overlooking the pool. There are plenty of places to relax on the patio
and livingroom in this tropical paradise.
La Jolla de Los Cabos is conveniently located just a few miles from the quaint town of San Jose del
Cabo and fifteen minutes drive from Cabo San Lucas. Shopping for groceries is right near by at the
Mega Store or Costco just fifteen minutes away. Take a short walk down the beach to zippers Surf
Beach or enjoy the many local restaurants and shops nearby.

The location is fantastic just as described. The surrounding facility is kept very nice. There is security personnel and they are friendly and helpful. A safe for valuables would be a nice addition. The bones of this place are good but the decor needs refreshing. We loved spending time on the deck and it was super relaxing. Tim was very responsive to our inquiries. We would consider staying here again.

Everything about Tim's Casita by the sea was outstanding. You cannot beat walking out the backdoor and having the beach and Sea of Cortez and then walking out the front door to a heated pool. Only needed Tim's help on one thing and he was on top of it. If I had to say one thing that needs work, the couch is getting a little long in the tooth but was still able to nap ;-)
