It was good. Location wasn't the best as far as what was advertised, 1 block each direction had nice homes in the neighborhood. Outside was a bit rundown and needed some upkeep, lawn needed mowed, and duplex next door was noisy, walls were thin. Inside was very cute and clean, well kept.
