Home is a Duplex.

THE HOME:
On the first level there are three rooms:
☑️a mudroom/entry room (with washer & dryer)
☑️a full kitchen
☑️a living room
On the second level (watch your head it's narrow!) is:
☑️the full bath
☑️the bedroom
The bedroom has a brand new memory foam queen mattress and pillows as well as a dresser and a closet for plenty of storage.
In the bathroom there is a stand up shower and a separate clawfoot tub.
There is plenty of extra toilet paper and toiletries if you should so need it.
🔑Door Code:
24 hours before arrival you will receive a check-in message with your door code.
Message me through the airbnb app and I'll be quick to respond!
Arrival:
If available, the hostess will greet you, escort you in, and try her best to take care of any other basic needs you may have to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
If I'm not available in person then we will correspond through the app!
Apt is located in a duplex in a primarily single family neighborhood. Apt is a 1 mile walk from downtown Glens falls and is conveniently located near the bike path!
A personal vehicle is best for transportation.

In Glens Falls &v Queensbury a personal vehicle is best for transportation.
In downtown Lake George enjoy walking the strip, taking an Uber, or taking the trolley!
In downtown Saratoga Springs, parking will be more difficult to find on the main road but there are plenty of parking garages as well as spaces on side streets.
🐕 Dog Next Door:
The owner / host DOES have a dog who is outside during warmer months.
Please excuse the barking when coming and going. He is still getting used to having company. Other than that, he is usually very quiet. Thank you for understanding!
No entering fenced-in back yard.
No overnight street parking. You will be ticketed by the town. Please use the two off street parking spaces provided to you.

Everything was fantastic, the only thing i would say is that the stairs my be a problem fo older guests. For me I would definatly book again.
