The apartment also has a balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is no lift. Its location will allow you to enjoy all the tourist attractions within a short walking distance, you won't need a car to explore everything this city has to offer.



Puerto de Santa María is a place where local life is enjoyed at every step. Furthermore, it offers a wide variety of water activities and active tourism, such as jet skiing and sailing courses. Enjoy its local gastronomy, visit its wineries or explore its wonderful beaches.



The established schedule for delivering keys to guests is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you need to check in to the accommodation after 20:00, until 23:00, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon your arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.



To ensure coexistence and compliance with accommodation rules, reservations are not accepted for guests under 23 years of age. We place special emphasis on complying with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons not included in the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties of any kind, loud music or causing disturbance to neighbours.
