This newly renovated apartment is functional and stylish. The layout is designed for maximum comfort:
Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. One features a large window with direct access to the terrace, providing plenty of natural light and tranquility for relaxation. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and a private bathroom.
Living Room and Kitchen: A fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into a welcoming living room. Here you'll find a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for sleeping or relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing.
The jewel in the crown: The private terrace, an unbeatable outdoor space for admiring the city's architectural beauty.

From Jerez Airport (XRY):
Train: This is the fastest option. From Jerez Airport station, you can take the Cercanías commuter train (Line C-1) or a Media Distancia (regional) train directly to El Puerto de Santa María train station. The journey takes just 15-20 minutes. From the station to the apartment, it's a short taxi ride or a 15-minute walk.

From Seville Airport (SVQ):
Bus + Train: Take the airport shuttle bus (Line EA) to Santa Justa train station in Seville (approx. 35 min).
Train: From Santa Justa, take a Media Distancia or Alvia train towards Cádiz and get off at El Puerto de Santa María station. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The following are the accommodation rules that everyone must follow:

Smoking is prohibited both inside the accommodations and throughout the rest of the building.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The accommodation has a noise sensor, configured according to local regulations regarding decibel levels. Noise levels may exceed 75 dB after 10:00 PM. Tampering with or exceeding the noise limit of the device (removing it from its location) will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

No one other than those on the reservation is allowed in the accommodation or the building.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests aged 14 and over.

The accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you arrived: clean and tidy. Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building. If there are wet towels, please lay them flat on a chair.

If you find any item in the accommodation broken or in poor condition, please report it immediately through this channel.

We understand that accidents can happen. In case of any incident or damage during your stay, please report it as soon as possible.

Pets are not allowed.

Failure to comply with rules 1, 2, or 3 will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the requirement to vacate the accommodation without a refund for any unused days.
