About this cabin rental
This Cabin sits on a beautiful wooded and quiet property that borders Hocking State Forest property with waterfalls just a short walking distance off the back deck. The cabin has a large covered back deck with a large Hot Tub. Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Conkles Hollow are all aabout a convenient 10 minute drive from the cabin. The back yard has a beautiful Fire Pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and a large swinging cooking grate for outdoor bonfire cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you may need for both indoor cooking and Outdoor BBQ's. If a peaceful getaway location to enjoy with family and friends is what your looking for this cabin will not disappoint you.

Perfect place for hiking.. 10 to 15 min drive to all the popular spots.. place is clean and the property is beautiful. the host is friendly and quick with a response. Had no issues..

This property is close to the best we have ever stayed at in our rental history. It is exactly as advertised, no even better than advertised. It is very clean. The kitchen is stocked with just about every piece of cooking equipment you could imagine. The deck is amazing with a wonderful wooded view. We were visited by deer, turkeys and 2 annoying robins who kept pecking at the bedroom window on our second morning. LOL! I spent last evening texting photos and raves to my nephew. He had stayed at a property, last year in Hocking, that was disappointing. The host is very available through the VRBO app for anything we need. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This is our second visit to Mile High Cabin. It’s a great place for our “city” dogs to run!! It has a wonderful outdoor area with a hot tub, comfy beds and great communication from the host. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Stay was good love all the things that make it feel like home however the sewer gas smells were awful and are the primary reason why we wouldn’t come back… they choked us out. We ran water in all drains and just couldn’t get it out
