This was a great last minute trip! Richard was so friendly and welcoming! House was clean and a convenient short walk to the beach! We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels as well! Would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area!

Enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 5. Richard is an excellent host. He is attentive and takes great care of the property. Definitely will be back next summer. Highly recommend.
