About this house rental
This delightful small villa has been recently constructed in the plains of Marina, situated in a tranquil area with beautiful views of the countryside and the Mountains in the Pollensa area, including the Puig de Maria Monastery. Built on one level, makes it ideal for small families with children of all ages. It is furnished in a simple yet comfortable local style. Well equipped modern kitchen, gas cooker and electric oven, with an American Bar to the dining area. A covered terrace in the front accessed from the kitchen or the sitting room offers the perfect spot for the outside summer meals. This terrace continues to the side of the house but covered with overhead trellising. The pool is situated on the side of the house surrounded by a lawn and flower garden followed by almond, fig, olive, carob and some fruit trees. The front garden also with lawn area, cacti plants and flowers.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Olivera. The garden is stunning, it was such a joy to come back from a busy beach and be in such lovely surroundings. The house is spotless and really well-equipped and we loved the multiple outside seating, sofa at the back, roof terrace, bbq area, the views from the roof are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and there are sunloungers and parasols so all very comfortable.the location is great, 8 mins drive to lovely Pollensa old town and 15 to the Port. North Mallorca is stunning - easy access to Formentor, 20 mins to Cala San Vincente and 50 mins incredible drive to Soller/Sa Calobra/Cala Tuente. The hosts could not have been more helpful, we will definitely come back.

Our stay at the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exactly as described, but the photos truly do not capture the beauty of the grounds. The highlight of our stay was the stunning landscape, featuring a perfectly sized pool set amidst well-manicured grounds with lush palm trees. The surrounding beauty created a serene and picturesque setting.
The pool area was fantastic, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We appreciated that it was regularly cleaned, ensuring a pleasant experience. In addition to the pool, there were great amenities like a table tennis setup and a trampoline, providing fun activities for everyone. The spacious grounds also allowed for leisurely walks, making it easy to get our steps in and enjoy the fresh air.
The villa itself was spotlessly clean and maintained throughout our stay. It was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in pristine condition. We did notice that the pool maintenance and cleaning are handled by the owners, who might arrive without prior notice. We recommend asking in advance which days they will be coming, just to plan your activities accordingly.
Overall, this villa was a perfect retreat, offering both comfort and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.Patricia was fabulous and was always available if needed.

Nice house. Nice location. We got fine service from Patricia who helped us find the house. One thing that is close to my heart, however, is; We had rented a whole house to be ourselves and have peace and quiet. If that's what you want, you should just be aware that the guy who owns the house comes by a couple of times a day. He has a nice vegetable garden that he waters morning and evening. In addition, he walks around and cleans up a bit and cleans the pool. He's nice and kind, but you don't know when he's coming, and it gives a feeling of not being alone and being able to do what you want. We were also suddenly told that his wife would come and clean one day. As a result, we didn't have the house to ourselves. She also came a day without us knowing. We didn't want cleaning 2 times in a week, or pool cleaning every day. Actually, we just wanted to be ourselves. Should it be, then it would be nice if we were told exactly when they would come, so we were prepared. It made us feel like we were being watched and it took a bit of the casual holiday joy. So, when they write that you have the house to yourself, that's not entirely true. But it is a nice place and we had a wonderful holiday.
