Expansive backyard with swing set and basketball court, dock with built in seating, patio with grill, fire pit lakeside.
Settle into this roomy home with a bright sunny eat-in kitchen and attached screened-in porch overlooking the lake, a classic dining and living room and a family room with flat screen cable tv. Wifi and hi speed cable through the house.
Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms that will sleep ten people in peace and privacy with individual ac unit except in the twin sunroom and the kitchen which opens to a screened porch. (If paying with credit card, 5% surcharge will be added)

This obviously well-loved home was a great place for our extended family to stay during Cornell graduation weekend. It’s about a 35 min drive to campus, but we loved having lots of space to ourselves, the beautiful lake view, the cozy screen porch to hang out on, the fire pit to gather around, and a well stocked kitchen to help us with our meals (pro tip — we ordered from Wegman’s catering menu so we didn’t have to cook dinners). The home is well stocked, had lots of hot water for the 9 of us, and even had umbrellas for us to borrow, which unfortunately we had to use. Highly recommend the home for family gatherings.

293 Main was a perfect location to host a family reunion. Three other families rented close by and we enjoyed cook-outs together while relaxing in the sun porch or the large shaded yard. The dock access was perfect for our "water taxi" - the pontoon boat that we shared to go swimming snd wine tasting. The house is roomy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Jacci was extremely helpful both before and after we arrived. A great time was had by all!

The house was excellent for a family group. We were there for a week and there was plenty of room to spread out and comfortable places to gather. We especially enjoyed the screened porch. Highly recommend.
