Travertine tile floors, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan provide for a lavish stay. Each guest is ensured their privacy and comfort with Villa 126 boasting four, spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Just outside the living area and Master Bedroom is a private balcony overlooking the Mariner's Club Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. Spend the evening with your beverage of choice while taking in the ocean air. This villa features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The Master Bedroom hosts a large walk-in restroom which contains an oversized tub and separate tile shower.
No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. While the property was beautiful and the condo was great, there was some issues we faced. 1. The AC to the master suite was almost non existent

The check-in was very confusing since we were coming with a boat! When we booked it was mentioned to contact the HOA to reserve a spot (what we did) but the company that is renting the units is different than the property management on site!! so we were told we won't be able to enter with the boat and have to find a place somewhere else! We were lucky to find someone at 9PM who let us park for $40... The guardian at the gate was very helpful and we thank her for trying to help us as much as she could. We finally got in the apartment, (fits 10 people but only 2 cars are allowed to park in the property, very challenging when you have families with babies!) it was huge and beautiful. The cleanliness was OK. The Marina is great. It is a nice area and we finally had a great time.
