About this apartment rental
Two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, perfect for 4 people. Recently renovated and decorated, with the best qualities and functionality to enjoy both comfort and quality. You can enjoy one of the best areas of Madrid. Very central location and well connected.
- Living room: completely renovated with designer furniture and many details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, air conditioning, lamps and Smart TV and high speed internet.
- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.
- Nº1 Bedroom: Very cozy.
The first bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a wardrobe and an exterior window, making the room very bright.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.
- Nº2 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy.
The second bedroom has another comfortable 1.35cm bed with a memory foam mattress, wardrobe and exterior window. Making the stay totally comfortable and comfortable.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.
- 1 fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to have a perfect stay.
The bathroom will have a pack of towels for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.
Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo and gel.
You will have access to the building through a link that you will open from your everything will be explained days before arrival. The building has an elevator from which you can access the apartment, in addition to the main stairs of the building.
All communication and inquiries to receive information about reservations must be done through the messaging platform.

The neighborhood is emblematic of Madrid, very close, right at the door you will find the metro and commuter station: Embajadores, if you want to walk the center you have it just 10 minutes away.
Very close you will find the Atocha train station, the Reina Sofia museum and the Retiro Park, you will have an incredible experience.
Metro stations nearby: Embajadores and Acacias.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the apartment works with an automated system that is activated with an access code, you can open the apartment with your mobile phone for your check-in.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days in June 2024. The location worked well for us because the metro is outside the door and the buses just across the street. However, the downside of the location is the bar on street level, just beneath the bedrooms. On two nights in particular, the noise level was so high that sleep was impossible. And the fight that took place somewhere inside the building staircases was disturbing. The other nights were also noisy, but much more manageable. Apparently, there may not be ordinances that require bars to close at 1 am or even 2 am, or perhaps at all.
The apartment kitchen is not well furnished and we did not wind up cooking anything but tea and coffee (once a new coffeepot was provided). The photos of the rooms exaggerate the size of the kitchen/dining/livingroom area. Its more like a large hallway with furniture. The bedrooms, while not roomy, were adequate.
The apartment is "good enough" because of location, but if noise is a problem, it may not work for you.
