The location
The apartment could have been cleaner. Even though the building has a lift, you still need to go through stairs to get to the apartment.

Very good location, just in front of metro station, 2 bedroom because we wanted a room per person
Very very old building and needs renovation ASAP because the windows are old, they let all the noise inside, location could have been cleaner, beds were pretty unconfortable but the biggest problem was the noise. I had a neighbour who kept the tv on very loud every night till morning and my friends bedroom eas just near the old stairs and every morning atv6 am he could hear the noise from people using the old squiky stairs
