Villa Alzina is a fantastic property in Son Servera, perfect for enjoying unforgettable holidays in Mallorca and completely disconnecting. It is located just 8 minutes by car from Cala Bona and the stunning beaches and coves of the island's east coast.
Outside, the villa has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during summer days. Under the porch, you can relax with a good book on its comfortable sofas and armchairs, or enjoy a pleasant dinner outdoors while feeling the Mediterranean breeze. Additionally, the villa offers several shaded areas to rest, sunbeds to sunbathe, and an upper terrace where you can also relax or dine with views. The garden includes a grill perfect for preparing delicious barbecues.
Inside, you will find a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and space to watch television, as well as an elegant dining room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils to prepare your best recipes.
Villa Alzina has six bedrooms with capacity for up to 9 people, all equipped with heating. It has two bedrooms with double beds, two with two single beds each, and two bedrooms with single beds. The house has four bathrooms in total, one of them with a bathtub and another exterior, all with shower and toilet.

Lovely villa, arrived early and was able to check in, happy there was a ground floor bedroom for my disabled mum, family of 7 and out stay was great, only downfall was no air conditioning, the bedrooms were really hot at night and the fans could do with replacing. Pool cold but we liked the cool down as the weather was really hot. Overall a great stay, everything provided and short walk to the main strip and beach. Great location. Would recommend

We enjoyed a great week at the villa!
The kitchen has great facilities although the fridge handle was broken.
The only thing that let it down for us was the lack of air conditioning. The fans provided were old and very dusty and didn't give the best support during a hot August.
The villa has beautiful grounds and pool.
Only a 15 minute walk to aldi and nearby beach and shops. Very peaceful.

I stayed with my family (in total 9 persons) in the Alzina villa and we enjoyed our stay very much. Such a lovely place with a lot of space, super comfortable beds and a big and clean pool where we feel quite at home. The villa has a beautiful terrace and everything is spotless and very clean. The interior and decoration are very modern and cozy! The kitchen is also incredibly well-equipped! Communication was easy and very quick, Mallorca Villa Selection always answered right away and informed us about everything we needed to know prior to our stay. The location is also excellent - supermarkets and the beach (promenade) can easily reached on foot. We can highly recommend this place and we are looking forward to come again.
