About this house rental
We're newlyweds who designed & remodeled every inch of this fixer-upper, our first house. Now Sable House is ready for you!
Perfect for small groups, the open-concept floor plan allows you to cook and entertain seamlessly. Create delicious meals in the brand new kitchen w/farmhouse sink. Unwind in our spacious living room or one of three unique bedrooms, each with their own smart TV. Lounge in the light-drenched sunroom or play yard games on the sweeping deck. The possibilities are endless!
When we saw this ugly duckling house for the first time, we looked past the old tiles, cramped kitchen, and awkward layout and saw what it could be. We put our lives on hold so we could transform Sable House into a special place for you to enjoy!
Your stay includes:
- Access to the whole property (except the garage) all to yourself
- Large backyard with a huge deck, sunroom, & BBQ grill
- Brand new kitchen w/modern appliances, eat-in bar, cooking essentials, coffee & tea station, rice cooker, blender, microwave, toaster oven, bakeware & more
- Huge comfy living room with smart TV
- Bedroom 1: two queen beds, smart TV, full length mirror, room darkening shades
- Bedroom 2: one king bed, smart TV, full length mirror, room darkening shades
- Bedroom 3: one king bed, smart TV, full length mirror, room darkening shades & attached bathroom
- Bathroom 1: modern shared bath with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, & hair dryer
- Bathroom 2: private bath with clawfoot soaking tub & shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, & hair dryer
- Bathroom 3: unique spa-like wet room located in the sunroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap
