We were looking for a place that 8 family members could stay for my son’s wedding in Pasadena with plenty of space and parking in a quiet neighborhood. This house fit the bill and then some. It was so convenient to downtown Pasadena, Altadena, the Jet Propulsion Lab, and La Canada Flintridge and only 20-25 minutes to Burbank Airport. House is much bigger than it looks in pictures with full-size kitchen, dining room, and living room. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. At no point did we feel cramped. Loved the neighborhood that is away from commercial areas but not too far away. Jammie was very communicative and the house was so clean and well-furnished. Everyone liked the outdoor hot tub and my grandkids loved the front yard and sand box. If we come back for Rose Parade or Rose Bowl, we will definitely consider this house.

The property was very very clean, spacious, and updated. The owners were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had immediately! The check in and check out was smooth. We will def stay with them again if we need a house in that area.

Our stay at this property was lovely. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and was near our family in La Canada. The neighborhood had some good restaurants and coffee shops. The area was also good for walking and hiking.

It was a clean quiet place to stay, with plenty of room. We had a lot of fun staying here, and it was super close to the Rose Bowl Stadium where we went for an event. Ubering to there only took us 15 mins even with event traffic, so that was enjoyable!

The property itself was great for our needs. We were in town for a festival and mainly looking for enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group to sleep comfortably and get ready—this place delivered on that. There was plenty of space for our mixed group of friends, and it worked well as a home base since we were out most of the time.That said, the communication and check-in process left a lot to be desired. The host only responded via phone calls, which made coordination difficult. On the day of check-in, I received a completely different address than what VRBO had provided. I couldn’t get a response until I called from the airport, which was frustrating and stressful.The host explained it was due to a previous guest throwing a party and upsetting neighbors, but the sudden switch was still concerning—especially since I was asked about parties during booking simply because I inquired about parking. The new location also ended up being further from the festival, which was a bummer since we had planned to walk.A few other notes:The front door’s keypad knob combo was finicky and made locking/unlocking tricky.Wi-Fi instructions were only sent via message (nothing at the house) and were inaccurate. We had to call again to get the correct info, which was stressful since one of our friends needed internet access for work involving patient care.All in all, solid house but rough experience on the logistics and communication side.

Myself and 2 of my co-workers stayed here for 1 week while working in Pasadena. The house was well equipped with really comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very cute and quite and a short walk to Hahamongna Watershed Park and a great view of the JPL. Short, easy commute to the Rose Bowl and Pasadena. Hosts were very kind and responsive!

My family of eight attended the Rose Parade and used this address for our lodging. It was approximately a 10 minute drive to Pasadena. The house was very clean, well supplied, and looked like it was recently updated. The owner responded to my questions in a timely and helpful manner. The room configuration, with two bedrooms in the front of the house and two in the back worked well for my family. We enjoyed our visit.

Our family of 11 were so impressed with each family unit having their own section of the house with a bathroom. Made getting ready for the outings more efficient and less chaotic. With 5 kids under 10 we were so pleased the home was kid friendly and plenty of room for them to play with toys provided in the home or toss the football in the backyard. We would recommend this comfortable, safe, quiet neighborhood home to others visiting in the area. Host very easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Just minutes from Universal Studios, since that was our vacation destination it was a huge plus.

The property was great and really well manicured and maintained! I had only 2 minor issues. First access entry into the home was a lever not a deadbolt, which to me is a bit weird, but manageable. I would have felt safer with a deadbolt. The other was i couldn't find extra linens for the pull out couch. Other than that everything else was great.

The house is well laid out for groups with the number of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is well stocked for those planning on cooking group meals. The location is close to the Rose Bowl and highway access. The neighborhood is average, not upscale. The furnishings are on the inexpensive side.

We had a great stay in Altadena with 7 adults and 4 kids staying in the house. The house was very clean, had everything we needed including plenty of space to spread out. This house is on a quiet street with a great fenced in outdoor space for kids to play in. There is a nice eating area outside also which we really appreciated. There is not really anything to walk to, but we all had cars so this was not a big issue. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This lovely home was exactly as presented on the website, & the owner Jammie was outstanding! She was welcoming in the check-in process, & quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the floor plan, offering privacy & space for small or large groups. We were a party of 3 adults, but this could easily accommodate a larger group. We enjoyed our stay here…as a group of friends they came together to attend the celebration of life of a dear friend, finding this place to stay together—share our tears, laughter, music, cooking and love was very special. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect and provided separate and joint space at the same time. It rained so we didn’t get to spend much time outside , but the yard and patios were beautiful. The driveway fit all our cars and felt very safe. We would highly recommend—it’s not one of Pasadena’s historic craftsman homes, but still a good, eclectic neighborhood close to the Arroyo for hiking, easy access to stores and other Pasadena highlights . The inside appeared recently remodeled and was super comfortable. A great place to gather with friends and family.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful and quiet 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that is a 4 mile walk to the Rose Bowl (we found out the distance from walking back after the game when we couldn't get an Uber)!!! The kitchen is first class and all of the beds are very comfortable. The owner is very responsible and I would definitely stay again!!!

Recommend adding towel bars in bathrooms, kitchen towels, replacing entry lock with newer easier to operate model and providing operating guide for TV.

It was a great stay for family - quite neighborhood, a little bugs around the house and the backyard porch light went off and stayed off at 10:15pm the first night - couldn’t turn the lights back on - second night same incident - only at 915pm - eventually came back on after 30 min . Family felt we were being monitor by cameras - other than that - great place and fully stocked

My friends and I got together for a reunion in LA and shared the Altadena house. It was clean and comfortable with an adequate amount of amenities (kitchen ware, towels, pillows, etc). The house is very spacious and comfortable and the layout allows for privacy and peace and quiet. My only notes for improvements would be: a propane grill vs a charcoal grill; safety railings in all bathroom showers (only some had them); and tv's in the bedrooms. But overall, the house was great and I would recommend it to people as a rental.
