PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. Thank you for your understanding as the building completes these improvements 'updated 2/8/2025'.
The 440 West Condominiums are right on the water, just the perfect spot to catch some rays, watch passing boats and maybe see a dolphin swim by!
This unit has a view from the balcony of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. Inside you will find an efficient and fully equipped and stocked kitchen, large Master Bedroom Suite with King Sized bed as well as a roomy second bedroom with 2 Full beds. Plenty of room for the family and/or friends.
The 440 West Condominiums are located just one block from the white sands of Clearwater Beach and you have easy walking access to fine restaurants, miniature golf and nightclubs.
All our units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted in this particular vacation home.
This property is a Whole monthly rental.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

I rented in Sand Key before and was always walking over to Clearwater Beach to check out the activities and restaurants. This year we were right in the hotbed area and loved it. Unit was very nice and view was amazing. Would definitely stay here agan.

We are still enjoying our stay and have not quite decided yet whether or not we like this rental better than our previous locations.
The listing was pretty accurate except for the part about "recently updated". Both the shower in the main bedroom and the tub in the second bathroom need replacing. The finish on both have worn off and they are nasty looking.
Apartment was clean but needs to be "deep cleaned". Cabinets needed to be cleaned out. Not a lot of usable glassware. And coffee cups in bad shape. Had to buy some to use while we are here.
Have not talked to manager or owner. Rental company service good.
New construction on both sides has a lot of early morning noises. Was not aware of new construction on our side when rented a year ago.
Overall property is great with great location and swimming pool and views. However, would not recommend until construction nearby was over. Also had people staying above us that made noise well into the wee hours of the morning. Thankfully they were only here for a week.
Always enjoy the great restaurants and attractions in the area.
